Marketing and Communication Officer

Cobranet Limited is seeking a Marketing and Communication Officer to develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that promote the company's brand, products, and services.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement comprehensive marketing and communications plans aligned with business goals
• Produce compelling content for websites, social media, email, video, and print platforms
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, including paid search and social media advertising
• Manage and maintain company social media accounts and content
• Track and analyze key metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify improvements
• Conduct market research to understand audience preferences and competitor activities
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand standards across all communications
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and creative teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of cognate experience as a Marketing and Communication Officer (required)
• Experience in an ISP is an added advantage
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Creative and strategic thinking ability
• Data analysis experience to track performance and optimize campaigns
• Proficiency with social media platforms, content management systems (WordPress), and analytics tools (Google Analytics)
• Project management skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines
• Strong collaboration and team-working abilities
