Thrift Marketer/Collector – North West Zone

Drive deposit mobilization through daily savings collection at LAPO Microfinance Bank Limited. You'll acquire new clients, conduct regular market visits, and build strong customer relationships across your catchment area.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and open specified savings accounts
• Conduct daily visits to clients at markets, shops, and other locations to collect savings
• Plan and execute routine visits to minimize operational costs
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
• Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to strengthen LAPO's market position
• Reconcile and report all activities accurately to supervisors
• Manage client complaints professionally
• Maintain and expand LAPO MfB's brand reputation
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Education: NCE/OND in Finance, Marketing, IT/Computer Science, or related field; professional qualifications preferred
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer relationship management and marketing functions
• Skills: Proficiency with computer devices (smartphone or tablet)
