Thrift Marketer – South South 1 Zone

LAPO Microfinance Bank Limited is recruiting a Thrift Marketer for the South South 1 Zone (Edo). You will be responsible for acquiring new savings account clients, conducting daily collections, managing client relationships, and maintaining the LAPO brand presence in your catchment area.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and open specified savings accounts
• Conduct daily visits to clients (markets, shops, etc.) to collect savings
• Plan routine visits to minimize operational costs
• Ensure excellent client service and fair treatment
• Monitor competitor activity and maintain competitive advantage
• Reconcile and report activities accurately to supervisors
• Manage client complaints
• Maintain and expand LAPO Microfinance Bank's brand
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Education: NCE/OND in Finance, Marketing, IT/Computer Science, or related field. Professional qualifications are an added advantage
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer relationship management and marketing functions
• Skills: Proficiency with computer devices (smartphone or tablet)
