Sales and Marketing Executive

Aptech Computer Education is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to drive enrollment growth and build lasting customer relationships through strategic sales efforts and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and manage sales pipelines to meet or exceed enrollment targets
• Engage prospects, respond to inquiries, and develop long-term customer relationships
• Deliver training presentations and product/program demonstrations to diverse audiences
• Execute social media promotion, outreach activities, and campaign support
• Track leads and performance metrics using CRM tools and reporting systems
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven sales and sales management abilities
• Experience with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred:

• Experience in education, training services, or technology-focused organizations
• Experience delivering training or product demonstrations
• Familiarity with social media marketing and outreach
