Junior Accountant

Pruvia Integrated Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide accurate financial reports to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank statements
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process payroll and statutory deductions where applicable
• Prepare and file tax returns, VAT, PAYE, WHT, and other statutory obligations
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow to support financial planning
• Conduct periodic account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and company records
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and regulatory requirements
• Recommend improvements to accounting processes and internal controls

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 3–4 years of proven accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (mandatory)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must reside in Isolo or nearby areas (Ejigbo, Okota, Ajao Estate, Oshodi, Mafoluku, Ilasamaja, Mushin, or Surulere)
