We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Bread Baker to join our team. The role involves preparing, mixing, proofing, and baking different types of bread while ensuring quality, consistency, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, proof, and bake different types of bread.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
• Monitor ingredient stock and minimise waste.
• Keep baking equipment clean and in good working condition.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bread baking.
• Good knowledge of bread production techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must have knowledge of making different varieties of bread, including banana bread, coconut bread, chocolate bread, and other specialty breads.

Salary ₦120,000 per month
