Senior Accountant

Abuja Clinics is seeking a Senior Accountant to coordinate accounting functions, prepare financial analyses, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accounting functions
• Prepare financial analyses and reports
• Prepare revenue projections and forecast expenditure
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts
• Assist with annual audit preparations
• Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and non-compliance issues
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 6–9 years of working experience as a chartered accountant
• Working knowledge of tax
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a busy environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
