Locator.ng is seeking a Female Sales Agent to register businesses in Olugbede Market, Egbeda, and surrounding markets. The role involves visiting businesses, achieving sales targets, and maintaining relationships with business owners.

Responsibilities

• Visit businesses from shop to shop and register businesses in Olugbede Market, Egbeda, and surrounding markets.
• Achieve a minimum target of 20 business registrations per month.
• Manage leads and follow up with business owners.
• Complete the required Sales Feedback Form.
• Attend online meetings and collaborate with other team members.
• Build positive relationships with business owners and prospects.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Must own a good smartphone.
• Must be confident approaching and engaging random business owners.
• Previous field sales experience is required.
• Must reside close to Egbeda, preferably within a 30-minute commute.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.

Salary

• Total monthly earning potential: ₦120,000+
• ₦60,000 monthly stipend.
• ₦2,000 daily stipend, totaling approximately ₦40,000 monthly.
• ₦1,000 or ₦1,500 commission on every registration, with a minimum potential of ₦20,000 monthly.
• Additional commission payments for exceeding the minimum target.
• Quarterly performance bonuses.
