Hub Manager

The Hub Manager is the primary point of contact for GoMed’s operations in their city. This on-site role requires a blend of relationship management and operational oversight.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and maintain strong working relationships with community pharmacies in your city.
• Monitor the end-to-end fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Ensure all partner pharmacies adhere to GoMed’s service standards and product authenticity protocols.
• Report on local market trends and identify growth opportunities within your region.
• Act as the first line of support for local logistics or partner pharmacy inquiries.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional work experience (any discipline is accepted).
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and comfortable using mobile applications.
• Must reside in and have a deep understanding of the geography of Abuja.
