B2B Tech Sales Development Representative (SDR) Trainee

CloudPlexo is hiring SDR Trainees to drive pipeline development and prospect engagement through high-volume outbound sales activities.

Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-channel prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn at volume
  • Identify and engage decision-makers across target industries
  • Qualify leads effectively by asking discovery questions and spotting buying signals
  • Book well-qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Learn CloudPlexo's cloud solutions and communicate value to prospects
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, organized follow-ups, and structured sales habits
  • Meet clear activity and performance targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related field
  • 0–1 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, communications, or similar
  • Valid NYSC Discharge Certificate or formal Letter of Exemption (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; comfort with high-volume cold calling
  • Organized, multitasking capability with focus under pressure
  • Resilience, discipline, and consistency in a target-driven environment
  • Natural curiosity about technology and willingness to learn
  • CRM experience or readiness to learn
  • Professional, coachable, and self-directed
