About the role
Operations Specialist
A remote, full-time or part-time role supporting payments operations and customer support in a fast-paced environment. You'll monitor systems, manage incidents, and analyze payment processing flows.
Responsibilities
- Monitor operational systems and manage incidents via ticketing platforms
- Analyze logs and payment processing data
- Support payments operations and customer inquiries
- Work rotating shifts, including nights
Requirements
- 1+ years in Customer Support, Payments Operations, or similar fast-paced role
- Understanding of online payments ecosystem and processing flows
- Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana) and ticketing systems (Jira)
- Technical proficiency with PSP back-offices and Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
- Ability to work rotating shifts including night shifts
- iGaming industry experience is a plus
