This is a remote position managing social media channels, online communities, and influencer programs for a worldwide audience. You'll develop community-led growth initiatives and ensure strong engagement across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media channels and online communities
• Develop and execute influencer programs
• Lead community-driven growth initiatives
• Monitor and report on engagement metrics and social performance
• Manage Reddit communities, including subreddit moderation and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media, online communities, or influencer programs
• Strong understanding of community engagement metrics and social performance reporting
• Hands-on experience with Reddit community management and subreddit culture
• Knowledge of moderation best practices and community engagement strategies

Salary $75,000–$90,000 per year
