Sales and Business Development Officer

Ngcom Network Solutions Ltd is seeking a Sales and Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth through customer acquisition and relationship management in Abuja.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers
• Promote and sell company products/services
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors
• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
• Follow up on leads and customer feedback
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams
• Attend meetings, exhibitions, and sales events as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
