Digital Marketing Manager

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for a fast-growing Beauty, Cosmetics, and E-commerce company in Ogudu, Lagos. This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite) perfect for someone passionate about scaling consumer brands, driving online sales, and leading high-impact digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Drive e-commerce and D2C brand growth
• Manage customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Utilize Google Analytics (GA4) and e-commerce platforms to optimize performance

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of Digital/Growth Marketing experience
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Proven success growing an e-commerce or D2C brand
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify/WooCommerce, CRO, and customer acquisition
• Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Retail, Fashion, E-commerce, or FMCG is a strong advantage

Salary

₦400,000 – ₦500,000 net monthly
