About the role

Sales Representative – Solar Energy

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting the company's solar energy solutions, and building strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective residential and commercial customers within assigned territories
  • Promote and sell the company's solar energy products and solutions
  • Conduct field visits, product presentations, and customer engagements
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and other promotional activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Experience in solar, renewable energy, telecommunications, FMCG, or related industry is an added advantage
