Sales Manager - Pharma / Animal Nutrition

Azelis is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead customer relationship management and drive sales growth in the Pharma/Animal Nutrition sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a growing customer base with regular account visits and relationship management at all levels
• Negotiate prices and volumes to maximize business returns
• Identify, analyse and develop new accounts aligned with business growth strategies
• Set and agree annual sales budgets with Commercial and Business Managers
• Gather, analyse and present market, product, competitor and industry data for strategic planning
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences
• Monitor and review payment terms to minimize business risk and ensure cash flow considerations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or equivalent (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven sales experience, preferably in Chemicals/Raw Materials
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work under pressure and liaise with all levels
• Knowledge and networks within the industry
• Understanding of products and applications
• Preferred: Knowledge of applicable field regulations and SHEQ
