Mobility Physiotherapy Clinic is seeking an energetic, proactive Marketing & Growth Coordinator to drive community outreach, build medical/corporate referral networks, and expand market awareness across Lekki. This hands-on role combines field business development, content creation, event planning, and relationship management to convert outreach efforts into real patient visits and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to local hospitals, doctors, pharmacies, and corporate organizations to secure referral partnerships and community initiatives.
• Film and edit short-form video content in the clinic, create educational graphics/posts, and support email marketing channels.
• Organize, promote, and execute local educational workshops and health events to drive brand awareness.
• Consistently follow up on marketing leads, manage outreach contacts, and track referral conversions.

Requirements

• No degree or healthcare experience strictly required; selection is strictly based on proactive skills and drive.
• Strong interpersonal skills confident in cold-calling, field networking, and meeting new decision-makers.
• Practical ability to shoot and edit short-form videos (e.g., Reels/TikToks) using mobile tools.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards clear growth targets.
• Proficiency with digital marketing channels, basic AI productivity tools, and direct follow-up strategies.

Salary
