MarbleClear Limited is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and oversee sales operations within the assigned territory. The role involves developing the market, managing key distributor relationships, leading the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while expanding the company's customer base.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key distributors, sub-dealers, wholesalers, and other channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Monitor, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance objectives.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to support business decisions.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
• Ensure efficient execution of sales operations and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in sales and marketing within the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience managing distributors and channel sales.
• Strong sales planning, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of market dynamics and territory management.
• Experience leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
