Business Development & Marketing Manager

We are hiring two Business Development & Marketing Managers to drive B2B customer acquisition and marketing strategies across key sectors. Working closely with the COO, you will develop a scalable sales playbook for our workforce intelligence platform.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B customer acquisition and marketing strategies across key sectors (FMCG, Oil & Gas, Tech, etc.)
• Develop a scalable sales playbook for our workforce intelligence platform
• Drive customer acquisition across priority sectors: FMCG, Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Telecoms, Manufacturing, Technology, and the Public Sector

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of professional experience
• English language proficiency
• Senior-level experience in business development or marketing

Salary

NGN 400,000 - 600,000 per month
