About the role

Mirahub Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and oversee sales operations in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in engineering, proven managerial experience, and a successful track record in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the ACE Sales team within the assigned region
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and evaluate sales representatives to maximize team performance
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing regular feedback and performance improvement plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, repair centers, and key business partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base
  • Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer demands
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence reports for management
  • Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient product availability, inventory management, and order fulfillment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and operational standards
  • Lead field visits, customer engagements, and promotional activities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales efficiency and operational performance

Requirements

  • HND, Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline
  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in sales, business development, or commercial operations
  • Minimum of 2 years' proven managerial or team leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of sales management principles, market analysis, and business development
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to analyze sales data and prepare management reports
  • Willingness to travel within assigned regions when required
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
