About the role
Sales and Marketing Manager
Vertex Realty Solutions Limited is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and expand the company's customer base in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase property sales
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media platforms
- Oversee property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events
- Review and approve marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with other departments for timely project delivery
- Negotiate high-value sales agreements and partnerships
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate sales and marketing team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Mass Communication, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Experience in real estate or construction industry preferred
- Professional certification in Marketing or Sales (advantageous)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and business development abilities
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong budgeting and financial planning skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
Working Conditions
Office-based with regular travel to project sites, client meetings, and marketing events. May require occasional evening or weekend work during property launches, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
