About the role

Territory Sales Manager

Grand Oak Limited is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive retail sales and efficiently redistribute company products within assigned territories.

Responsibilities

  • Cover assigned territory and retail outlets effectively
  • Generate orders and advise on appointing new retailers
  • Achieve sales targets as per plan
  • Breakdown territory/outlet targets to customers
  • Provide sales services to appointed retailers
  • Execute effective product redistribution in assigned territory
  • Monitor and provide market intelligence feedback to management
  • Track and report on competition's performance, activities, and campaigns
  • Identify and report market opportunities promptly
  • Plan and execute weekly journey plans (agreed by RBM)
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and other relevant reports
  • Collate and submit weekly expenses for RBM approval
  • Conduct in-bar and consumer-focused promotional events
  • Ensure proper product merchandising and POS material placement
  • Report on billboard/OOH and POS deployment status

Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of sales experience in FMCG/Manufacturing industry
  • Good time management and self-discipline
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Customer management skills
  • Trainable with positive attitude and integrity
