About the role
Territory Sales Manager
Grand Oak Limited is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive retail sales and efficiently redistribute company products within assigned territories.
Responsibilities
- Cover assigned territory and retail outlets effectively
- Generate orders and advise on appointing new retailers
- Achieve sales targets as per plan
- Breakdown territory/outlet targets to customers
- Provide sales services to appointed retailers
- Execute effective product redistribution in assigned territory
- Monitor and provide market intelligence feedback to management
- Track and report on competition's performance, activities, and campaigns
- Identify and report market opportunities promptly
- Plan and execute weekly journey plans (agreed by RBM)
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and other relevant reports
- Collate and submit weekly expenses for RBM approval
- Conduct in-bar and consumer-focused promotional events
- Ensure proper product merchandising and POS material placement
- Report on billboard/OOH and POS deployment status
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of sales experience in FMCG/Manufacturing industry
- Good time management and self-discipline
- Strong organizational skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Customer management skills
- Trainable with positive attitude and integrity
