About the role
Investigation/Counter Fraud Manager
Lead investigations into fraudulent activities, professional misconduct, and policy violations. This role focuses on identifying, preventing, and mitigating fraud risks while ensuring compliance with company policies and safeguarding organizational assets and reputation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage investigations into fraudulent activities and professional misconduct
- Identify, prevent, and mitigate risks associated with occupational fraud
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Safeguard organizational assets and reputation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Criminology, or related field
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification
- Professional certification or membership in forensic associations (e.g., CIFIAN or similar)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fraud investigation, forensic investigation, or investigative audit
Working Conditions
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Primarily office-based with occasional off-site travel
- May involve weekend or evening work as required
