About the role

Auto Mechanic

We are hiring experienced Auto Mechanics to diagnose, service, and repair Toyota Hilux vehicles across multiple locations in South Western Nigeria. This is a full-time position offering competitive salary, accommodation, and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, service, and repair Toyota Hilux vehicles
  • Carry out routine preventive maintenance and vehicle servicing
  • Repair and maintain vehicle engines, braking systems, suspension, steering, transmission, and electrical components
  • Inspect vehicles to identify faults and recommend appropriate repairs
  • Replace defective vehicle parts and ensure all repairs meet safety and operational standards
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and reliability
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
  • Ensure proper use and care of workshop tools and equipment
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Workshop Supervisor or Management

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND, NCE, or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Technology, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience maintaining and repairing Toyota Hilux vehicles
  • Sound knowledge of engine overhaul, brake systems, suspension, steering, transmission, electrical systems, and vehicle parts replacement
  • Ability to diagnose mechanical faults and carry out effective repairs
  • Honest, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Physically fit and willing to work under minimal supervision
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced environment and committed to operational excellence
  • Must be willing to relocate to any of the South Western States

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: N140,000 – N150,000 per month
