Solar Product Distribution Manager

Blue Wave New Energy is seeking a proactive, goal-driven Solar Product Distribution Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth within the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and expand market presence in solar and energy storage solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, EPCs, and corporate clients
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA an advantage)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience; renewable energy sector experience is a strong advantage
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Strategic planning and market analysis skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems
• Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary ₦400,000 – ₦700,000 monthly
