Principal

TAAS Group of Schools, Ibadan invites applications from qualified, experienced, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Principal.

Responsibilities: Leading and managing the school's academic and administrative functions.

Requirements: Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field (Master's Degree will be an added advantage). Have 5–15 years of teaching experience, with evidence of leadership or administrative responsibilities in a secondary school setting. Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Have sound knowledge of curriculum implementation, staff supervision, and school administration. Be proficient in the use of ICT and educational technology. Be passionate about academic excellence, student development, and institutional growth. Reside in Ibadan or within a reasonable commuting distance to Ibadan.
