AI Photo Pro is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team and be the voice of our brand. You will handle high volumes of customer inquiries across social media platforms, respond to messages within 3 minutes, guide prospects through our visual services catalog, and convert inquiries into paid orders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across social media platforms with a 3-minute response time
• Guide prospects through the catalog of visual celebration services
• Convert customer inquiries into successful paid orders
• Assign tasks to editors
• Work rotating 8-hour shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night) to ensure 24/7 coverage
• Meet strict monthly sales conversion targets
• Work independently from home

Requirements

• Female applicants only
• Must currently reside in Port Harcourt
• Exceptional written English with warm, persuasive communication
• Ownership of a functional smartphone or laptop
• Guaranteed access to steady, uninterrupted power supply
• Reliable, fast internet connection
• Ability to work rotating shifts and meet sales targets
• Solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills

Salary

• Base monthly salary: ₦30,000
• Monthly data allowance: ₦5,000
• Performance-based commissions: up to ₦40,000 monthly based on closed-deal targets
