Creative Design Specialist

AIICO Capital is hiring a Creative Design Specialist to join their team on an onsite basis in Lagos. This role focuses on creating high-quality digital and print marketing materials, engaging social media content, and compelling visual assets for marketing and corporate communications.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality digital and print marketing materials
• Create engaging social media creatives and campaign assets
• Produce compelling visual content for marketing initiatives and corporate communications
• Edit high-quality videos for digital platforms, campaigns and events
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate ideas into visually impactful designs
• Apply AI-powered creative tools to improve productivity and creative output
• Support photography and videography projects when required

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in Graphic Design or a related creative role
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design work across multiple formats
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
