Physiotherapist

Ifeanh Health is hiring a Physiotherapist to join our team in Lagos. We are looking for a qualified healthcare professional to provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions and comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide physiotherapy interventions using evidence-based techniques and treatment modalities
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, exercises, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions where required
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and organizational policies
• Maintain physiotherapy equipment and ensure a safe treatment environment
• Stay updated with current developments and best practices in physiotherapy

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
• Current practicing license with the appropriate regulatory body
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience (preferred)
• Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and rehabilitation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (added advantage)
