Customer Service Representative

SOW Real Estate Limited is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our luxury real estate team in Abuja.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins
• Provide accurate information about the company's products, services, and ongoing projects
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and prospective customers
• Follow up on leads and customer requests
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare customer service reports as required

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in any relevant discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or a related role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in the real estate industry

Salary

N150,000 Monthly
