Merchandiser

We are hiring Merchandisers to drive product visibility and brand awareness across retail locations in Lagos, Ogun, and Oyo states. This is a full-time role requiring someone energetic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are properly displayed in stores
• Increase product visibility and brand awareness
• Maintain good relationships with Distributors
• Submit daily market reports and product visibility pictures
• Monitor competitors' activities and provide market feedback

Requirements

Experience:

• Previous experience in merchandising, sales, retail, or marketing is preferred
• Experience in FMCG products is an added advantage

Skills and Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers and customers
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic numerical and record-keeping skills
• Ability to prepare and submit accurate reports
• Proficiency in using smartphones for reporting and taking product visibility pictures

Salary

N100,000 monthly
