Trade Marketing Manager

TeamAce Limited is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to drive commercial excellence, brand visibility, and merchandising execution across modern trade channels in the FMCG sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce merchandising standards to maximize product visibility and retail execution across modern trade outlets
• Manage and coordinate brand ambassador activities, including deployment, training, and performance monitoring
• Negotiate premium in-store placements and oversee the deployment of merchandising and visibility assets
• Conduct store audits to ensure product availability, pricing compliance, and adherence to brand standards
• Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and strategic presentations to support business decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Management, or Product Management within the FMCG sector
• Strong understanding of modern trade operations, retail execution, and merchandising principles
• Experience managing brand promoters, ambassadors, or field marketing teams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
