Subsea Operations Supervisor

Oversees deep offshore subsea operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency. Responsible for execution of subsea and related operations, leading teams, and contributing to cost and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HSE compliance and act as the offshore focal point for all subsea operations in OML 130 DW assets.
• Oversee deepwater subsea operations including planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Provide financial oversight and ensure accurate operational reporting.
• Mentor junior staff and drive a lean and continuous improvement culture.
• Participate in post-service debriefs and prepare lessons learned reports.
• Occasionally perform onshore roles such as writing reports and participating in risk assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering/Tech or Diploma
• Minimum of 5–15 years of relevant technical experience in offshore subsea/intervention/completion roles
• Experience in SPS equipment installation for main SPS contractors (e.g., One Subsea, TechnipFMC, Aker Solutions)
• Certified in IWCF and COC

Salary

• Up to $20M per well operation
