Social Media Manager

Crea8torium is seeking a Social Media Manager to build and maintain the company's social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You'll own the content calendar, craft engaging copy, manage community interactions, and stay ahead of cultural trends.

Responsibilities

• Publish content daily across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Own and execute the social media content calendar
• Write captions, hooks, titles, and descriptions that drive engagement
• Manage comments, DMs, and community interactions
• Track social media metrics and identify optimization opportunities
• Monitor trends and cultural moments to keep content relevant
• Ensure consistent, authentic brand presence across all platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand (portfolio required)
• Strong copywriting skills for captions, hooks, titles, and descriptions
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube mechanics
• Experience managing content calendars
• Based in Lagos
• Chronically online and culturally aware
• Comfortable experimenting with new content approaches
• Self-directed; takes ownership without waiting for permission
• Attention to detail with ability to balance quality and speed
• Reliable and execution-focused
• Collaborative and able to work independently
