Collection Officer

TENN Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking a proactive Collection Officer to support its debt recovery operations. The role involves conducting phone-based collections, managing customer accounts, and achieving collection targets while maintaining professional interactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct collection activities through phone calls.
• Manage and follow up on assigned customer accounts.
• Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
• Monitor repayment activities and account status.
• Maintain accurate collection records and reports.
• Escalate delinquent accounts where necessary.

Requirements

• SSCE, Diploma, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Customer service experience is an added advantage.

Salary ₦100,000 – ₦220,000/Month
