Team Member

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Team Member to support teaching and strategic planning activities within our educational setting in Mushin, Lagos. The ideal candidate will contribute to classroom instruction and assist in developing effective learning strategies for students.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering lessons and facilitating classroom activities under the guidance of lead educators
• Support the development and implementation of teaching strategies tailored to student needs
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute educational programs
• Engage with students to foster a positive and productive learning environment
• Participate in regular team meetings to review and refine instructional approaches

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of NCE (Nigeria Certificate in Education)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Basic understanding of curriculum planning and classroom management
• Commitment to supporting student learning and development
