CRM Manager (Acquisition & Retention)

Halla Gaming Limited is seeking an experienced, results-driven CRM Manager with strong expertise in customer acquisition and retention strategies within the iGaming/Sports Betting industry. The role involves developing and executing CRM campaigns that drive engagement, increase player lifetime value, improve retention, and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM strategies for acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation
• Design and manage lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels
• Segment customer databases and create personalized campaigns to improve conversion and retention
• Monitor and optimize customer journeys to maximize player value and engagement
• Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and retention metrics
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Support teams
• Develop loyalty, bonus, VIP, and promotional programs
• Track and report CRM KPIs (retention rate, churn rate, CLV, acquisition costs)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and responsible gaming requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
• 3–7 years' CRM experience within iGaming, Sports Betting, or Online Gaming industry
• Proven experience managing customer acquisition and retention campaigns
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, segmentation, automation, and lifecycle marketing
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Experience with marketing automation tools and customer engagement platforms
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
• Results-oriented with a focus on customer growth and retention

Salary ₦500,000 – ₦800,000 monthly (based on experience)
