Customer Service & Online Customer Service Officer

Rubels & Angels Food Court is seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to provide exceptional support to guests both in-person and through digital channels.

Responsibilities

Front Desk Customer Service:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and bookings efficiently
• Assist guests with information about services, menus, facilities, promotions, and events
• Address customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest requests, and feedback
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat patronage

Online Customer Service:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, website chat, and other digital platforms
• Manage online reservations, orders, and booking requests
• Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, availability, and promotions
• Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and messages professionally
• Escalate complex customer concerns to management when necessary
• Maintain a positive and professional brand image across all online platforms

Requirements

• Minimum of a BSc degree
• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English
• Full-time availability (8am–5pm)

Salary

NGN 70,000 – 150,000 per month (Negotiable, plus commission)
