The Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently, managing cash and payment systems, and maintaining financial accountability. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and supporting smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Process customer bills promptly and accurately.
• Accept POS and bank transfer payments while ensuring proper verification.
• Issue receipts to customers and maintain accurate transaction logs.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to the Accounting Department.
• Greet customers, respond to payment-related inquiries, and resolve billing concerns professionally.
• Follow company financial policies, internal controls, and security procedures.
• Work with other departments to ensure smooth financial and operational flow.
