Senior Sales Executive

Kingford Homes is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to manage the complete real estate sales cycle, from lead generation through deal closure. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, property presentations, negotiations, and closing
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of clients
• Conduct property viewings and prepare proposals
• Ensure accurate and compliant documentation
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align sales strategies
• Provide market feedback to support business decisions
• Nurture long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets
• Represent Kingford Homes professionally at client meetings, events, and site visits

Requirements

• Strong real estate sales and business development skills (prospecting, lead management, negotiation, closing)
• Excellent client relationship management, networking, and customer service skills
• Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic digital tools and CRM systems
• Proven experience in real estate or related industry, preferably in Lagos or similar markets
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in target-driven environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple prospects and projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
• Willingness to work onsite, conduct frequent property visits, and work outside standard hours when required
