About the Role

Heirs Insurance Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and deal closure. You will represent the company at industry events and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate and close deals, handling complaints or objections effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the internal team
  • Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by your line head

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a tertiary institution
  • Age range: 22–35 (may vary)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Teachable and coachable mindset
  • Determined to succeed in a sales environment

Salary

  • Competitive salary: ₦155,500 – ₦999,999 per month (based on industry standard)
