Ignite Energy Access is seeking experienced Sales Team Lead Agents to support and manage frontline sales teams across its operational areas in Adamawa. The role focuses on agent recruitment, team leadership, sales growth, customer acquisition, and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a minimum of 20 active sales agents monthly.
• Manage the sales pipeline and customer acquisition process within the assigned territory.
• Supervise sales transactions and ensure timely remittance in line with company policies.
• Manage credit follow-ups and collections for credit-based sales.
• Safeguard and maintain assigned company assets and tools.
• Utilize allocated funds effectively to support sales activities and market expansion.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with regional targets.
• Lead field sales activities and ensure quality sales standards.
• Train and coach agents on pitching, sales conversations, closing, and customer relationship management.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales agents.
• Support monthly inventory audits at service centres and POS locations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Previous experience selling solar products is required.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with different stakeholders.
• Adaptable and able to respond effectively to changing priorities.
• Must reside in the location being applied for.
• Proficiency in English and Hausa.
