About the role

Ablaze Consultancy is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office records, files, and documentation
  • Receive and respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents
  • Maintain accurate records and office supplies
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous administrative experience is an added advantage

Salary N120,000 - N180,000 per month
