Technical Lead / Developer

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to design, develop, and maintain our platform, ensuring it remains scalable, secure, and user-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Design system architecture and database structure
• Develop frontend and backend components
• Build search, filtering, and submission systems
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and performance
• Manage hosting, deployment, and security
• Troubleshoot technical issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of web development experience
• Experience with databases and CMS platforms (WordPress, Laravel, or similar)
• Strong frontend and backend skills
• Experience building data-driven platforms
