About the role

Personal Assistant to the Vice Chairman

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide executive and administrative support to the Vice Chairman in the Oil & Gas industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the Vice Chairman
  • Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive communications
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership
  • Maintain professionalism and discretion in all dealings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field
  • 3–5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior executives
  • Strong experience managing executive calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel when required
