About the role
Personal Assistant to the Vice Chairman
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide executive and administrative support to the Vice Chairman in the Oil & Gas industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the Vice Chairman
- Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive communications
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership
- Maintain professionalism and discretion in all dealings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior executives
- Strong experience managing executive calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel when required
