About the role
Project Manager – Transformation Delivery
Lead high-impact transformation projects with direct exposure to senior leadership. You'll own governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring complex initiatives stay on track.
Responsibilities
- Drive project plans, RAID logs, and timelines
- Prepare board-level reports and presentations
- Manage senior stakeholders with confidence and accountability
Requirements
- 5+ years in project/programme management, including 2+ years in transformation projects
- Experience in operating model redesign, digital transformation, cost optimisation, M&A integration, or organisational redesign
- Consulting background preferred; board-level exposure required
- PMP/Prince2/Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
Salary
₦1.5M – ₦2.0M monthly (net), based on experience
