Business Development & Digital Solutions Sales Executive

D-Degree Digital Hub Limited is seeking a full-time Business Development & Digital Solutions Sales Executive based in Ikeja, Lagos.

This hybrid role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing the sales pipeline across the company's digital solutions portfolio. You will conduct client meetings and product demos, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals while ensuring smooth handover to delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities; generate and manage leads
• Manage sales pipeline and track performance metrics
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and present proposals
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals
• Manage key accounts, drive renewals, and support cross-selling and upselling
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments
• Provide feedback to support solution improvement

Requirements

• Proven skills in lead generation and business development
• Strong sales and sales operations capabilities; experience managing pipelines and deal execution
• Account management experience with relationship maintenance and renewal focus
• Background selling digital, technology, or business solutions (B2B preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute
• Knowledge of digital transformation, compliance, or financial inclusion solutions is an advantage
