Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training programmes
• Gain exposure across banking operations
• Support customer service and business development initiatives
• Learn banking regulations and operational processes
• Assist in customer acquisition and relationship management
• Prepare reports and perform administrative tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in any discipline
• Minimum Second Class Lower (2:2) or Lower Credit
• Completed NYSC or valid exemption certificate
• Maximum age of 27 years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
