Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate and commercial sectors
• Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Understand client event requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project delivery
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years' experience in B2B and/or B2C sales or business development
• Preferred experience in consulting, interior design, furniture, architecture, fit-out, hospitality, or service-oriented industries
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and meet sales targets
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a target-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
