Travel and Tour Specialist

HelloMe Limited is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel and Tour Specialist to manage flight bookings, ticketing, travel arrangements, holiday packages, hotel reservations, school admission services, and other travel-related services. The role involves providing end-to-end travel solutions, including consultation, booking, documentation, and after-sales support.

Responsibilities

• Book and issue domestic and international flight tickets through GDS platforms, with strong hands-on proficiency in Amadeus.
• Provide professional and timely responses to client enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other approved communication channels.
• Develop and prepare customized holiday packages based on clients' destinations, preferences, budgets, and travel periods.
• Support clients with school admission processing for local and international educational institutions.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel partners.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience using the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS).
• Strong understanding of flight booking, ticketing, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage complex itineraries, group reservations, and multi-city bookings.
• Experience in travel consultation, holiday package development, and school admission support.
